The Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star program has shaped America's next generation of energy efficient homes. StreetScape is proud to announce that all our homes on Floral Avenue meet standards set by the Energy Star program with a HERS rating of approximately 65. This means the Floral Avenue homes consume 50% less energy than the average existing home, and 35% less than a typical new home. This offers our homebuyers enduring value and greatly reduced energy consumption.

As an option to our homebuyers, StreetScape can build your home to meet the more stringent requirements of a Zero Energy Ready Home. Every Zero Energy Ready Home starts with ENERGY STAR for Homes (Version 3) for an energy-efficient home built on a solid foundation of building science research. More advanced technologies are then incorporated into the building components, insulation, HVAC system, and appliances resulting in enhanced indoor air quality, safety, durability, and comfort along with lower utility bills.
